Hey you guys,

It's done! IT'S FINALLY DONE!

We're proud to announce that, after several hours of arranging, improvising and recording, two pizzas later, and at least 15 lts of Coca Cola drank, our first song is finally uploaded and ready to be heard :)

After the titanic effort of tracking, recording and mixing 63 vocal tracks, our Pièce de résistance is already available on MySpace, iLike and Facebook

"Nevermore" features:

NeKaRe on lead vocals and countermelodies
Angel of Music on backing vocals and harmonic background :)

This is just a rough sketch, so be fully prepared to listen to the album version and get your mind blown away!

Hi everyone!

I’m writing this so you can all get noticed; we will soon have online our new song; it´s a humble tribute cover of Queen....

But before, let me talk to you about the band, as you hardly know anything about it. I’ll introduce myself first. My name is NeKaRe, and with my partner, Andrew Guazzelli, we decided to give birth to this project some time ago. We had old songs, old melodies and a few ideas floating around, and they soon took shape. This is all we are, and –trust me- we have a lot to give and share with you.

We are currently setting things up so we can have our album in September

We are lucky enough to have excellent musicians that decided to participate with us. There´s a lot of people who´s part of The NeKaRe Project:

We can´t explain with basic and simple words how this sounds like. That doesn´t mean we have no idea of what we´re about to show you! We prefer you to listen to what we do and then make your own idea about it. That´s why in the forthcoming days we'll be uploading to our sites the first of the songs we'll be sharing with you. It's an a capella version of Queen's popular song "Nevermore"

Strong songs, soft and raw voices… twisted music…
a little bit of us and, hopefully, a little bit of YOU….

Everyone has stories. Files that we keep in our memories or even in old virgin napkins from an inspired night. We've all felt pain, hate, rage, disappointment…even love….we all have something to tell.

This is our way to share what lies all around us during daytime and in our dreams, which can be felt in our tears and despair.Years have filled our life with music from all places, hearing voices and sounds from all the souls we could reach. We were made by many influences that gave us a past from which to start….But the fire burning inside us gave us our identity…

We wanted to express this with a unique language; something that everyone in the world could understand…Let us sing for you, because music is the only way to remain untouched on people's memory
